Royaleproperties, Inc. is one of the affiliated company of Royale Group of Companies. It is a developer of economic housing for Filipino families. Our site, Vista Rosa located at Biñan Laguna, is our first project. We are committed to better serve our buyers; hence we are focused on training our personnel.
The Site Administrator is responsible for the numerous task enumerated below:
* Conduct unit inspection together with the Unit Owner (Initial punch list/final punch list)
* Coordinate with the Engg Dept and Subcon for the immediate completion of the punch listing to meet the
expected completion date.
* Ensure that the Subcon must properly complete the punch list based on buyers comments/remarks and in
accordance with the contract specification.
*Assess the Unit Owners in the Move-In process to ensure smooth and hassle-free move-in to their new
home.
*Facilitate the processing of Water and Electrical(Meralco and Laguna Water) connection of the new unit
owners.
*Ensure cleanliness/safety/preservation of completed units
*Ensure cleanliness/safety and preservation of road networks, amenities, plants, model units of the whole
subdivision.
*Provide initial guidelines for homeowners.
*Accept/resolve homeowners complaints.
*Collection of monthly dues.
*Other necessary task that may be assigned by his Supervisor
Qualifications:
*Preferably, graduate of Civil Engineer and its equivalent
*Preferable Female,
*Soft-spoken, with pleasing personality, incorruptible, honest, hardworking
*Strong written and verbal communication

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
