Filing of records/documents
Sourcing for suppliers, canvas pricing and purchasing of needed materials
Create payroll
Manage inventory of supplies
Oversee delivery of supplies at site (check quality and quantity matches what was ordered)
Coordinate what is needed among project manager, project engineers, site foreman
Other admin-clerical work as needed
Bio data with current picture
Baranggay Clearance
NBI Clearance
Willing to work on Saturdays
Experience in construction is an advantage
Computer literate
Knowledge in MS Office
Good communication skills
Basic accounting
Negotiation skills (in procurement)
Detail-oriented
Efficient and well-organized
Fast learner and can work under minimal supervision
