Administers the Area's Right-of-way Management System, including all provisions of the right-of-way ordinance
Familiar with permit plan review, approval, issuance, inspections and closeouts
Ensures that all ROW management policies, procedures and practices are updated, as required, to ensure compliance with local ordinance
Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/ROW Engineer from time to time
Graduate of engineering courses (ECE, EE, CE, ME)
Preferrably near Dagupan, Olongapo, or Vigan
