About the Site Acquisition Manager Role:
As a Site Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end land acquisition and retail expansion of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Help in implementing the retail expansion plans of the company
Identify additional growth areas
Lead generation and pipeline management
Ensure group KPIs are met
Recommend product margins
Acts as mentor to land acquirers
Develop, revise and implement policies, procedures and work instructions of the group
Sign and or execute for and in behalf of the corporation, franchise agreements, including amendments, renewals, assignments, cancellation and other incidents thereof involving the franchise in the assigned areas of responsibility
To succeed in this Site Acquisition Manager role, you will need to have a strong end-to-end land acquisition experience which includes but not limited to retail expansion of a certain company.
Key Requirements:
Five or more years of experience in end-to-end land acquisition
Experience handling people for at least two to three years
Preferably with experience in retail expansion
Experience in an oil and gas company is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
