Background
The Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting for Improved Development (CLAimDev) activity's purpose is to bolster the capacity of USAID/Philippines to effectively lead and practice collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA), which has the broader goal of enhancing USAID's development effectiveness. The CLAimDev activity will strengthen the evidence base of USAID/Philippines by implementing select monitoring, evaluation, research, and other analytical tasks to inform key strategic decisions.

Panagora Group seeks Project Assistant to assist the evaluation team in conducting the performance evaluation of the activity Advancing Basic Education in the Philippines (ABC+) in Manila City, Philippines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the evaluation team with all logistical, travel, documentation, and administrative needs
Provide support in the formatting of interview and survey questionnaires for remote data collection and maintaining organized evaluation files
Consolidate and coordinate the schedules of the Evaluation Team and the various stakeholders and offices to ensure that the focus group discussions, key informant interviews, surveys, and secondary data gathering are scheduled and carried out
Consolidate copies of raw data gathered, including photos, interview sheets, and attendance sheets
Requirements
At least, a bachelor's degree in communication, information management or related disciplines is preferred.
At least 3 -5 years of experience in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Demonstrable skills and proficiency in basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis, especially the use of data processing soft wares (e.g., SPSS, NVivo, Tableau)
Experience in providing support services, preferably in evaluation engagements, including formatting of interview guides and survey questionnaires using remote data collection tools.
Experience in support of the data processing as well as logistic support in scheduling and arranging consultation meetings, travel arrangements, and venues for learning events, among others.
Excellent English communication and data presentation skills, both written and oral.
Willingness and ability to work together as part of a team.
Reports to: Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist of CLAimDev, with the guidance of the Chief of Party (COP)
Level of Effort: This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Philippines.
