We are actively looking for an individual to join our team at Stay Gia serving as guest service agents.
What do we do? - Stay Gia is a short term/extended stay rental business operating in CA, AZ, KY, NV, TX, UT, PA, IN, IL, and FL managing over 300 properties and rapidly growing.
Examples of tasks the position will entail, but not limited to:
-Responding to guest messages and calls about property related information.
-Making sure maintenance work orders are filed for damages in the unit .
-Verifying guest payments are accurate and processed.
-Creating and maintaining check in instructions for properties
If hired, you will work alongside a shift lead, in which they will guide/train you as needed.
This is a full time position requiring 42hr/week with a $650 monthly pay and a provided $50 internet allowance
*Must be flexible in scheduling*
Requirements
-Experience with Guest Communications is a MUST
-Strong knowledge and capability to email
-Ability to communicate professional through phone and text
-Work well with others.
-Good Internet, Microphone; Headset
