Oversee the outbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
Create of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties manage overall performance and attendance
Coordinate with Outbound Supervisor and Middle Mile team to ensure accurate linehaul allocation timely pick up of parcels
Ensure all parcels are loaded properly and dispatched to Last Mile hubs within the given SLA
Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
Provide reports to Inbound Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting
Requirements:
Must be graduate of Industrial/Management Engineering
With at least two (2) years experience in process design and documentation, process improvement and project management
Must be keen to details
Knowledgeable in creating presentation materials
Knowledgeable in using process improvement tools
Knowledgeable in MS Office Application (especially MS Visio)
With at least one (1) year experience in training and facilitation
With good interpersonal and communication skills
