Act as the lead or member of the audit team, or lone auditor to the different SPX discipline. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Risk Assessment. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the CAPA of each audit finding s/he audited. Work closely with Standard & Document Control, Compliance & Audit, Process Excellence, and other auditees while conducting audit or evaluating processes & policies. Prepare management reports as needed Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Lead-Quality Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related / equivalent course. At least two (2) years of experience related to Logistics / Supply Chain Management coming from E-commerce, Third-Party Service Providers (3PL), FMCG and Retail/Commercial industries. Certified ISO QMS Lead Auditor with at least two (2) years experience as lead auditor. Preferably with training in the following or its equivalent: Root Cause Analysis, Presentation Skills Workshop, Risk Management, Data Privacy Policy. Certification, training and background in project management, & process/system automation is an advantage Certification, training, and background in Lean Six Sigma application is an advantage. Can communicate well both in written and oral using the English language Amenable to visit hubs or do local travel Flexible in working schedules
