Job Description:
Manage the activity for vehicle allocation for whole Shopee Xpress Operations Department.
Effectively monitor the status of the assigned fleet during routes
Maximized the capacity of assigned vehicle versus the volume pickup and delivery
Monitoring truck conditions and schedule PMS for proper maintenance of owned fleet.
Daily inventory of available fleet to be use in BAU and campaign periods
Manage and allocate the first mile and midmile logistic requirement by optimizing routes and capacity
Supervise the route activities daily ensuring that seller's parcels are picked up by LH and drivers and completely handed to Hubs, DOP, Sdrop and SOCS in a timely manner at least cost.
Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer pick up efficiency
Provide assessment and evaluation of performance of driver's productivity.
Coordinate and working with various stakeholders (SOC, First Mile, Last Mile, Providers etc.) to improve workflow, address operational issues and set up new processes for new business needs
Respond to internal partner's queries, validations and issues related to routes
Incorporate seasonal and road diversion plans into the capacity model and ensure resource requirements are planned and arranged in time to support all logistic activities
Update the operations cost models master and track data on a continuous basis
Analyze historical data and highlight anomalies and/or trends that can be used for continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to continuously improve and tune the capacity planning determinants
Maintain a log of deductions/fines and ad hoc charges/credit notes with consistent contractual compliance for Transport service provisions
Observe professional and work ethics that abide within the SPX policies
Achieve KPI target set by the department
Work closely with Route Planning & Assigning Lead
Perform duties and task assign by the Reporting Lead
Requirements:
Monitors the performance of drivers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance of SPX by advocating all company best practices developed to attain all related goals
Check in drivers as they arrive from their runs ensuring that all paperwork is completed and correct, determine available starting times for their next dispatch and completes data entry to update trip data
Identify and prepare a list of available drivers for the next schedule of deliveries bearing in mind available hours, regulations/compliance, and customer needs
Observe professional and work ethics that abide within the SPX policies
Achieve KPI target set by the department
