Coordinate supplies and inventory management for Shopee Xpress across all PH locations
Responsible for managing, identifying and coordinating any services, purchases and/or other requirements from the Shopee Xpress team
Work with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, evaluate, and forecast procurement requirements
Oversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction
Facilitate and lead strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholders
Develop, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
Support other procurement activities as directed by management
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years working experience procurement, inventory management, client relation and negotiation.
Preferably with relevant background in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Warehouse setting
Graduate of BS degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field is preferred
Skilled in supply planning and allocation
Able to build strong working relations with hubs and coordinate all supply requests
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
Experience in collecting and analysing data
