Job Description:
Work hand in hand with Quality and Control about SPX rider projections
To focus on Rider Pooling and do initial screening and interview
To analyse process changes and provide recommendation to improve processes
Manages all Riders concerns regarding earnings and disputes
Escalate Agency riders issues (Negative Behaviour, Low Performance, etc)
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience Leadership Skill and people handling
Computer literate and can use email, spread sheet & Delivery application
Good in communication in relaying of details and instruction
Able to adopt to a fast phase environment
Organise and high attention to details
Demonstrate leadership skills
