Job Description: * Perform audit/investigation based on audit plan and as instructed by Fleet Quality Lead * Monitor compliance to the approved CA/PA * Recommend process improvement and new quality control measures to Standards & Policy as a Job Description: Perform audit/investigation based on audit plan and as instructed by Fleet Quality Lead Monitor compliance to the approved CA/PA Recommend process improvement and new quality control measures to Standards & Policy as a result of the audit/investigation performed Perform risk assessment and Trend analysis of events and audit findings Endorse and/or recommend possible disciplinary cases to management and HR based on the result of audit/ investigation Oversee quality control inspection during onsite visit and audit Requirements: Graduate of any Bachelors Degree, with at least 2 years relevant experience in quality audit and investigations Must be ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training Certified, with good understanding of ISO Quality Management System and Concept Knowledgeable in Risk Management and Trend Analysis and has expertise in DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) regulations At least 2 years experience in creating and managing Standards, Policies, and Procedures Manual Analytical and proficient in Microsoft Applications Able to collaborate with diverse group of people and has strong presentation skills
