Job Description:
. Responsible for an orderly file management of both hard and soft copies received by the team
. Responsible for the daily efficient validation of trips rendered by FM operations
. Responsible for the reliable checking of disputed trips and the mitigation of billings surpassing over 90 days
. Responsible for the confirmation of validated trips and its endorsement to Finance Operations
. Fulfilling integration of new automated tech features and to collaborate with other departments of FM operations to enhance the overall process of FM Billing
. Coordination with the agency partners regarding improvements of FM billing operations
. Daily communication with the agency partners to manage expectations, proactively support and resolve their concerns primarily through email and discord
. Recording of the daily attendance of monitoring team
. Co-manages the trackers utilized by the FM Billing team
. Generation of reports with measurable metrics and its translation to process improvements aligned with the customer's expectations and management directives.
. Daily supervision of the performance of monitoring team towards reliable validation and consolidation of FM Pickup trips
. Co-manages the equal distribution of trip validations amongst the monitoring team
. Perform duties and tasks assigned by the reporting lead
Requirements:
With at least a year experience handling Billing, preferably with background in the E-Commerce Industry
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written
Able to develop solutions and communicate across the organization in an effective manner
Able to clearly identify and define issues that are being raised via emails and make necessary recommendations
Able to efficiently organizes own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
