Managing daily assigning of sellers per Clusters
Managing daily performance and attendance of Cluster Handlers
Ensures drivers and monitoring performance are aligned with KPI targets.
Manage equal route distribution per Clusters.
Audit and Create reports for tasks given to cluster handlers such as monitoring hourly calls, hourly
Support and Resolve concerns from Monitoring team and Rider/Driver level
Support pouches distribution of the assigned sellers
Weekly performance review with Clusters for further improvement of the team
Sellers visit to identify ground ops challenges and provide improvements to enhanced seller experience.
Ensures timely pick up and zero failed pick up due to SPX Fault
Fulfilling the end-to-end lead time to meet customer's expectations.
Daily monitoring of key processes, generating measurable reporting consistently and driving performance to excellence
Manage the performance of the team with efficient and effective output under directives of the Management.
Responsible for ageing parcels to be picked up under non-vip sellers.
Perform duties and task assign by the reporting lead
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
At Least 3-5 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Industry.
Preferably with logistics or route planning experience
Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office.
Knowledge in Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects.
