Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction . Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA Requirements: . Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields . At least 10 years experience in logistics. FMCG or 3PL experience is a plus. . Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment . Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
