JOB DESCRIPTION
Organizing shift schedules for team members.
Monitoring attendance , tardiness and time off.
Supervising employees and assisting with task as necessary.
Training new and current team members on task.
Resolves customer complaints and provide relevant information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communications skills.
Active listening
Candidate must be a graduate of any Business course.
With leadership skills, can do decision making and goal setting.
Customer satisfaction oriented.
Willing to be assigned at Dowell ( Salcedo, Corner Valero St. Makati City)
