The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is looking for SHIFT SUPERVISORS who will be responsible for managing the shift he/she is on. This position is responsible for the overall profitability of the stores by ensuring sales targets during his/her shift is achieved as well as systems and policies are adhered to. This position reports directly to the Store Manager of the store he/she is assigned to and leads all Team Members on shift. The Shift Supervisor must be able to work long hours and work shifting schedule which may include work during holidays.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise employees to help ensure efficiency and productivity.
Provides guidance and set an example for team members, ensuring all systems and policies are maintained and complied with.
Ensures Total Quality Experience for both internal and external Guests.
Responsible in making sure all store issues and breakdowns are reported and asking commitment from concerned departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Minimum 2 years of retail experience
Supervisory position in a specialty store or food establishment preferred.
Proficient in Google applications
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
