JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the supervision of production and support operations, and ensures quality standards based on target schedules and cost objectives.
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures that the production operations comply with the following:
Production plan/schedules as agreed with the Clients
Supports initiatives and programs on continuous improvements (process, materials, productivity, equipment, manpower, etc.)
Ensures high-quality work standards of the team through overseeing, coaching and appraising staff
Coordinates, implements, and monitors all relevant tasks and activities for projects involving capability build-up for the company's production and support operations
Process, product and quality standards as defined in the agreed quality plan with the client/regulatoy or government requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent
Required skill(s): Production and Operation Management, Production Planning, Data Analysis
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Manufacturing /Production Operations or equivalent
