DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Property Operations
Effectively manage all Administrative, critical environment and other FM functions, ensuring all procedures, processes, and client requirements are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage contractors to ensure that planned Preventive Maintenance had been carried out in accordance to specifications, local codes, safe practices and completion schedule
Ensure the implementation and management of Risk & Safety work practices to reduce the interruption to Client's operations
Coordinate with Building operation teams in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standards and practices.
Manage a programme of inspections for the assigned properties on Energy conservation, Maintenance practices, Utility management and Risk management procedures.
Support the M&E operations teams on the critical equipment maintenance and upkeep.
Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.
Oversee and coordinate churn and project work
Upkeep system drawings and Good documentation Practice
Prepared to perform shift / standby duty and work on weekends
Health and Safety
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Ensure that service delivery teams and on-site contractors undergo a Health and Safety Induction prior to deployment
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
KEY COMPETENCIES
Degree / Diploma in building, Mechanical, Electrical or facilities management with minimum of 3 years experience.
Knowledge of Computer Room Air-conditioning (CRAC), Chiller system, Fire Protection System, Electrical system, Security System and BMS system
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Candidate with LEW / FSM qualification will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in data centers and disaster recovery sites will have an added advantage
Prepared to perform shift / standby duty and work on weekends
