The Shift Engineer manages and directs the daily activities, of the shift assigned associates, and ensures the efficient operation of the whole Institution, strict monitoring of the compliance, of all areas of operation, during particular shift assignment. Plans, formulates, implements, monitors and evaluates applied Department policies and procedures. Manages effectively daily operations and ongoing projects of the department, within the shift, ensuring that costs are within budget and on time. Ensures implementation and maintenance of safety programs. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
Graduate of B.S. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
At least 3-5 years' experience as Engineering Supervisory position in building maintenance and/or major construction projects
Licensed Engineer
Has taken certification courses in office management, safety engineering and government regulations
Applicants must be willing to work in Global City.
