Responsibilities:
Review contracts, business cases, cost financial model, approvals and other supporting documents to ensure compliance and adherence on PCCW Solution's standard Policies and procedures
Work closely with local teams (within SSC) and remote offices (Finance, Sales and Legal Team and Project Managers) in processing of Contract Conclusion, Work Order Application Request, Billing, Invoice Issuance, Contract information update and Contract Close-out
Review of Budget for Project Work Orders
Liaise with Sales group, Project Managers, Finance (local ang global) and other parties in resolution to Billing and Contract-related inquiries
Create and update customer's contract record in CMS (Contract Management System)
Validate financial and project information from business case and financial plan - BPM upload process
Ensure Work Orders have enough budget for business travel costs and purchase requisitions
Prepare regular and ad-hoc statistical and operational reports(Finance Related) on a timely manner
Assist in development and updating of process guides and process manuals
Dutifully respond to related enquiries and take on other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Courses, Business Management/Administration or related field
At least one (1) year of experience in Contract Management related field is required for this position, preferably in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and/or Shared Services environment
Knowledge on Contract Management process is highly preferable
Must be keen on details, has strong analysis and decision-making skills
Capable to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks effectively
Strong personality and confidence to work with senior stakeholders
Team player, strong in coordination, organization and interpersonal skills
Flexible attitude, patient, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Self-motivated and able to work independently and systematically
Experience in dealing with both customers and Sales personnel at all levels on service delivery matters
Experience in working in multi-culture environment in different Asian countries
Good command of spoken and written English is required
Good command of spoken and written Chinese is preferable
