SETTLEMENT OFFICER
 
Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized
 
Settlement Officer to manage the process for transactions in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of settlement procedures, and a commitment to maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit regular and accurate reports concerning financial transactions within the department.
Gather and analyze data needed for documentation.
Provide recommendations and summary analysis as needed.
Maintain and update settlement systems and ensure all data is accurately recorded.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Focus on reviewing keenly in verifying and double checking of information needed.
Provides constant standard quality of service to meet customers/clients satisfaction.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance settlement accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Undergraduate, SHS Graduate or any related field.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in settlement operations or back-office support is a plus.
Highly adept in Microsoft applications and functions; Computer Savvy
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to multitask in a complex and high volume of orders.
Must be willing to work onsite, on holidays, and with shifting schedules.
