Job Description
Role Context
Administration and support of production and non-production ServiceNow instances used by internal staff.
Engagement with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, validation and testing.
Design and configuration or development of new features, components, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform based on ITIL best practice.
Creation and execution of automated and manual tests.
Creation and update of relevant documentation.
Creation of reports, dashboards, and compliance checks.
Management of annual ServiceNow upgrade and testing activities.
Training and guidance on the ServiceNow platform
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's or Masters degree graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
In-depth hands-on experience with recent version/s of ServiceNow, ideally ITSMCSM.
At least 3 years relevant experience (application development system admin).
Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems using APIs and connectors.
Experience with ITIL or ITIL Certified.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and within team environment on both large & small projects.
Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear work instructions.
Good analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems in an efficient manner.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and release schedules.
