About the job ServiceNow Advisory Manager (Makati) | HybridWork Schedule: Morning ShiftWork Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | MakatiEligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the PhilippinesResponsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
Lead a high-performance team of 15 to 20 developers, architects, and consultants
Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases
Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential.
ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow ( all the modules ) across all global locations of client
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work
Independently and with a team
Requirement:
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.
Strong track record of leading complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work
Must-Have Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or HRSD, Mandatory)
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (Mandatory)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
