We are currently searching for a ServiceNowAdministrator to support our growing ServiceNow Systems Integration Practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to perform autonomously in a fast paced environment in support of our ServiceNow integration projects working with internal clients. This role will work heavily with Management, Operations and other development teams to accomplish the goals for multiple implementations.
What you'll be doing:
Maintain and support ServiceNow operational functions
Work with a diverse customer base of internal clients to develop processes and solutions that increase and enhance productivity
Perform technical validation and testing to ensure requirements are satisfied with sample data
Recommend improvements or changes to technical and functional designs where appropriate
Perform regular data audits and resolve identified issues
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures; coordinate and communicate with impacted user groups
Escalate to vendor for defect and incident resolution as required
What skills you will bring:
An experienced professional who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and procedures, along with project and people management experience
3 -5 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or Development
Hands on experience on CMDB , Asset Management, HRSD Service Now modules would be preferred
Flexible to work on rotational night shift basis if needed
Strong verbal and written skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
The ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.
System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
Understanding of ITIL processes and how they are implemented in Service Now
Experience with working or developing in one or more of the following: JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, HTML or HTML 5
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is a plus
ITIL certification is a plus
