Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining business operations at Laguna
Assist the operations manager by giving constructive feedback to improve the operations of the business.
Oversee daily activities, such as staffing, scheduling, and customer relations.
Audit and place orders for equipment or supplies needed by the business.
Responsible for supervision of staff
Monitor & Maintain equipment of heavy machinery
Report and coordinate to head office the operations activities
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any related courses
Strong written and communication skills to correspond with clients
Leadership skills are essential
Organize and detailed-oriented
Expertise in operations management
Good oral & written communication skills
