Roles and Responsibilities
• Action assigned processes
• Manage service cases based on case management decision tree
• Send customers templated emails based on case management decision tree
• Manage support inbox for incoming emails and record in the database for Service Representative actioning
• Create invoices for customers, manufacturers, and process installer invoices.
• Saving relevant emails, paperwork into appropriate folders
• Escalate to management customer and process issues as they arise
Required Experience
• Experience in an admin role
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of any 4-year course
A Successful Candidate must have
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
• High attention to detail
• Organized with day to day "ToDo" list
• Ability to work in a team
• Must show initiative and be comfortable with escalating issues
• Good written English
