Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Service Team Admin Assistant are to action signed processes, manage service cases based on case management decision tree, send customers templated emails based on case management decision tree, and manage support inbox for incoming emails and record in the database for Service Representative actioning.
The other obligations of the Service Team Admin Assistant are to create invoices for customers, manufacturers, and process installer invoices; save relevant emails and paperwork into appropriate folders; escalate customer and process issues that arise to the management.
Required Experience
- Experience in an admin role
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
A Successful Candidate must have
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Organized with day to day "To-Do" list
- Ability to work in a team
- Initiative and be comfortable with escalating issues
- Good written English skills
Proficient with
- Microsoft Office applications
