JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversees daily employee interactions with the clients, handles complaints or questions from internal and external customers to ensure proper coordination of day to day service operation.
Provides day-to-day service coordination between service personnel and the customers.
Communicating with and providing exceptional Customer Service to internal & external customers.
Interacts with clients and receive feedback regarding the quality of work performed by service personnel.
Provide accurate, clear, complete and timely distribution of job orders
Responsible for the data entry in ERP system relevant to the department.
Provide timely updates to Service Manager on performance in key areas regularly.
Providing support to colleagues as required.
Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
Promotes company products and services.
Communicate with customer to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective action.
Filing of service documents
Undertake necessary trainings and skills developments
Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on good practices, quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers.
Report for work on time.
Practice and observe good grooming and hygiene at all times.
Live out the Vision, Mission, and Values of the company.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
