WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
This position is responsible in analyzing processes and system issues across the different business units in Operations. He should be able to identify the appropriate service recovery efforts needed for the immediate resolution of the identified concerns. He should also be able to create dashboards and analyze the different data available to be able to provide the needed solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with Operations business units and have a complete understanding of each process and system handling for the different transactions.
Ensure to have a complete understanding of the process maps being followed by each function.
Should be able to provide a complete analysis of the different issues being raised for both the process and systems.
Identify and recommend solutions to address the problem.
Prepare extracts and reports that will help track the steps being taken for the resolution of the problem.
Coordinate with the different internal units and be able to monitor the action items.
Assist in establishing client communications as part of the service recovery efforts.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Educational - Graduate of any College course
Experience - 3-5 years of experience project management, business analytics and has a good understanding of the insurance business.
Preferably with LOMA designation or passed the 1st level of LOMA Certification Proficiency in various system of the company such as but not limited to: Lifelines, TIPS, Eistream & Rapid
Special skills - Good verbal & written communication skills & proficiency various MS Office Software & applications such as but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
