TASKS:
Network Troubleshooting
Identify, diagnose, and solve customer reported issues - attend on level 1 issues and provide support to field engineers on circuit status verification post-restoration, proactive monitoring
Customer Support
Improve people handling/engagement skills and develop effective professional communication skills - assist in customer callouts for pending tickets
Base of Assignment: Reliance Center, 99 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Ugong, Pasig City
