The BIGGEST distributor of FOTON VEHICLES is in need of
Service Manager
Primary Function:
Responsible for managing and ensuring timely delivery of services of all Technicians including these who are assigned in Satellite offices ( Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao )
Major Responsibilities:
1.Manages the schedule of all Technicians including those who are assigned in the Satellite and ensure effective and timely of all services.
2. Defines a clear and measurable Key Result Areas ( KRA's) and key Performance Indicators ( KPI's) for all Technicians and other direct reports.
3. Reviews the skills set of all Technicians and recommends training programs needed in the development of Technician's compentencies.
4. Reviews the processes of Technicians and recommends/implements a standard turn-around-time ( STAT) that is aligned with those of the Service Advisors.
5. Coordinates closely with the After-Sales Department Manager and recommends effective strategies to improve the quality of services provided to customers.
6. Implements a Technicians performance tracking system. Reviews technicians performance from time to time the customer satisfaction survey.
7. Reviews and recommends resolution to recurring issues of customers.
8.Coordinates with the After Sales Department Manager on the alignment and synchronization of process flow between Technicians,Service Advisors,Accounting,and Parts team to ensure smooth flow of service cycle.
9 Manages the regular maintenance program of PMS of vehicles assigned to Service Operations.
10; Perform other essential duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialized technical training in automotive technology.
3-5 years related experience related experience in automotive industry specifically in service.
3-5 years experienced Service Advisor/Supervisor or Manager in Automotive industry..
3-5 years related
Knowledgeable in using and reading parts catalogue in automotive industries.
Knowledge in vehicle scheduling and warranty:Management and supervisory concepts,customer satisfaction.
Abilities:
Ability to lead people
Ability to direct and evaluate personnel in the accomplishment of goals and objectives.
Abillity to provide active technical support in the service operation.
Ability to influence a positive customer experience.
Character:
Self motivated,Sense of Urgency to take action.
