Job Responsibilities
Undertake efficient and quality repairs and servicing to all appliances within the framework listed above
Communicate any issues to the service manager immediately an issue is identified
Conduct training for our technicians to improve their technical skills including Authorizes Service Centers.
To provide and conduct technical trainings to our workers/technicians to improve their knowledge and technical skills performances.
Conduct regular assessment to our technicians with required recommendation & suggestions addressing their outputs in terms of customer repairs & services
Troubleshoot technical complaints
Will recommend replacement part in case original part is temporarily out of stock
Will participate in the evaluation of new sample units and can determine possible easy to break parts and provide solution
Communicate with supplier regarding improvements on the products
Will provide technical training to service center
Evaluate new products and suggest improvements to be discussed with the suppliers
Required Skills:
Strong Knowledge in Technical & Electronics Skills
Work Coordination of Dealer and Accredited Service Centers
Customer Dealer Relations
Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
5 years' experience working on Chinese or Japanese Motorcycles, E-Bikes, Electric Vehicles and ATV's (All-Terrain Vehicle) in a formal setting is an advantage
Emphasis on strong electrical and electronic diagnostic skills is preferred.
Good customer service and communication skills, and the desire to learn and advance.
Willing to travel nationwide
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
