SERVICE MANAGER
Job Description
Overseeing the Service, Parts and Accessories operations; including coaching and training service personnel; planning and managing inventory, supplies and equipment; providing technical information and customer service. Ensuring the implementation of company and workshop internal policies, operation planning, and business forecast.
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Automotive Technology.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Service/Workshop Car Dealership.
Required skill(s): automotive, aftersales, customer service, driving, leadership and managerial skills.
Proactive who can execute initiatives in achieving company goals
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications; Word, PowerPoint Presentation and Excel.
Knows how to drive different range of vehicles, must have a valid driver's license
