Description
We are currently looking for Service Management Consultants with the following qualifications:
- He/She must have at least 1 year experience in related positions.
- He/She must be a Bachelor's Degree holder. Preferably a graduate of Engineering courses (Computer, Electronics & Communications, Electrical), Information Technology, Information Science, or any business related course.
- He/She must have a good background in customer service and has good communication skills.
- Candidate must be results oriented and has good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity and experience in handling customer service assigned in consumer electronics, digital appliance, and audio visual is a major plus.
- He/She must also have good customer skills and has experience in handling complaints and inquiries in a professional manner. He/She must also be good in delivering customer satisfaction.
- Willing to be assigned in NCR.
