JOB SUMMARY:
The MIS Specialist is responsible in preparation and implementation of dashboard, online payment processing, Navision, purchasing flow and system and control audit.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS
Initiate proper data collection and data interpretation activities.
Convert business expectations into data analysis.
Working with IT group for data configurations
TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION
Implement, test, maintain, and conduct training on system implementation.
Monitor and assess system performance and troubleshooting, development and UAT of system implementation and enhancements.
REPORTS AND MAINTENANCE
Maintain and enhance dashboards and clean up data as needed.
Review and prepare reports on enhancements and provide process-related reports to respective process owners.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: List down specific skills, knowledge and abilities required by the job.
Extensive Knowledge in ERP and any software applications, Business Intelligence, Analytical, Team player, Accuracy, Working knowledge for various computer OS and interfaces, Organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills,
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Accountancy
At least 1-2 years of related work experience in real estate, hospitality, high-rise and/or township developments
