GRADUATE OF ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATIONS OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct Service Team
Knowledgeable in the following: FDAS, CCTV, PABGM, Intercom, Access control, Bollards, Thermal scanner, Gate barrier, Roughing ins & cabling, Turnstile, Bundy clock, Time system master clock, Walkthrough, Telephone & Data, Wifi, Structured cabling, knowledgeable in multi-system
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan and monitor the schedules of the SERVICE Team
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Scope of work deliverables and Progress Report of the Service Team
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain a directory of service Team and resources
Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs
Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
Answer to all JOB orders for Services and assigns it to Service Team can do FIELD WORK ON SITES
