Roles and Responsibilities include:
Performs advanced administrative and technical functions on all supported CEB IT Systems including Security and Access Controls.
Ensures that deployment of system updates to existing production environment is coordinated and implemented.
Ensures that all technical updates on the IT Systems being supported are coordinated and implemented.
Ensures that monitoring systems configurations are in place to appropriately check the status of IT systems and equipment.
Provides advanced administrative support on Cebu Pacific IT Systems.
Compliance to work schedule provided by the IT ServiceDesk Manager.
Create and manage micro team's work hours. Ensures that adequate coverage is provided to support operations during shift.
Ensures that all clients/customers are assisted in a timely and professional manner, and within the policies and procedures of the IT Department.
Dispatches problem and incident tickets to other IT groups.
Ensures that processes and policies established by the management team are adhered and effected.
Interfaces with various sites and departments to constantly improve the process of existing process in place.
Correspond with leaders in the organization to update them of status of incidents and efforts of resolution and to manage customer relationships.
Performs Quality and Assurance tasks on tickets handled by IT ServiceDesk Analysts.
Actively assist in the hiring process by establishing qualification criteria, screening resume, conduct initial interview, and recommend action times thereafter.
Develop motivational programs to encourage staff loyalty for assigned shift.
Define criteria to capture individual performance for assigned shift.
Handles escalated tickets and incidents from IT SD analysts.
Mentors subordinates and evaluates the performance of IT ServiceDesk analysts. Includes individual or group feedback discussions.
Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials.
Observe strict compliance to licensing, copyright, and trademark legislation.
Perform other duties assigned.
Must have strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Servers, Applications, etc.).
Must have strong understanding of modern IT security threats and operational measures to counter them.
Must have knowledge of IT security frameworks, Risk Registers and methodologies.
Experience in web-based technologies and platforms such as Azure is an advantage.
Must have experience in working in a service management culture based on ITIL based practices and processes.
Must have knowledge of IT security related software solutions, including identity management.
Must have experience in a broad array of different information security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS solutions, data encryption, network access control, web/email filtering, anti-virus and security penetration testing.
Has a good understanding of security related technologies including Active Directory, SAML, Kerberos, Window/Linux infrastructure and ERP Platforms.
Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
