Job Description
Full coordination for all third party related projects. The service delivery engineer works in close liaison to other PT&T Department i.e. Carrier Relations, ITS, etc
The incumbent that will manage escalations from the Carrier Relations Group and produce accurate and updated documentation of the network changes, this includes liaising with sales, clients, colleagues, installers and contractors to run the project
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to installations, restorations and processes of Third Party Accounts
Act as a senior escalation point of issues from Level 1/NOC engineers to provide resolutions to any escalated fiber issues of Third Party Accounts
Job Qualification
Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or any other related courses
Preferably Licensed Electronics and Communication Engineer
At least 2 years of practical experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) Field
Must have Vendor Management Skills handling at least 4 different subcontractors
Must be able to work on extended hours if required
