Are you ready to spice up your career? We're on the hunt for energetic and passionate individuals to join our Food Service Crew! As a Crew member, you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experience, serving up great food and good vibes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer any questions regarding menu items. Provide friendly and efficient service throughout the dining experience, ensuring that customers' needs are met promptly.
Order Preparation: Prepare and assemble food orders according to established guidelines and recipes. Ensure that all orders are accurate, properly packaged, and presented in an appealing manner.
Food Safety: Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, glove usage, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Monitor and maintain proper food storage temperatures.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and use point-of-sale systems effectively. Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly as part of a team, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management. Assist other team members during peak hours to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep dining areas, service counters, and workstations clean and tidy at all times. Assist with basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu offerings, ingredients, and specials. Be ready to provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell menu items, promotions, or additional services to enhance the customer's dining experience and contribute to overall sales goals.
Adaptability: Be prepared to take on various roles within the food service environment, including cashier, order taker, food assembler, and cleaner, as business needs require.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role of at least 1 year.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating change.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
Understanding of food safety regulations and willingness to maintain a clean and sanitary workspace.
