PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction through proper execution of the customer service work process. Must possess a strong work ethic and a desire to grow; have the willingness to take care for guests and staff through hard work.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests
2. Must knowledgeable about the menu items & products. Willingly takes orders and recommend menu appropriately to customers
3. Responds to guests needs promptly and professionally
4. Must be able to enter proper order into the POS, present bill to diners, collect payment and make/return change or credit card to diners
5. Performs general housekeeping and cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, glasses, flatware as necessary, bussing tables promptly, straightening the tables and setting up of decors as instructed by the superior
6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Graduate/Senior High Graduate/ Graduate of any 2-year degree specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or any equivalent
• With at least 2 years work experience in food/beverage/restaurant industry
• Basic knowledge in Food safety
• Basic knowledge in MS Office application
• Basic knowledge on POS encoding and operations
• Willing to be based in Greenhills, San Juan
