SERVICE CREW
Job Description/ Functions
Makes customers purchase our products with prompt and courteous service while maintaning cleanliness and organization of assigned area at all times.
Maintains a neat appearance with a complete uniform.
Adheres to puntuality standards.
Follows work station/assignment as directed by his shift leader.
Conforms with the standard steps in serving.
Handles all company equipment properly.
Follows proper utilization of raw materials.
Adheres to company Standards Operations Manual (SOM) policies and procedures.
Implements company promo activities.
Performs side dutiees and clean – up work area regularly.
Attends to all company required meeting, seminar, and training.
Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
Skills
Confident and with selling potentials
Qualifications
At least high school graduate
Hardworking
Trustworthy
Persistent
Experience in sales is an advantage
