Job Summary
- Under the supervision of the Team Captain and Team Manager, the Cashier/Crew is responsible for order-taking, cashiering, customer service, as well as general crew responsibilities in equipment operation, food handling housekeeping and sanitation.
Qualification
• Education
- K-12 graduate or College level of any course
• Experience
- Has front line and/or customer relations background
- Has done some work in sales or promotions
- With previous experience in quick-service restaurant or fast-food industry
• Technical Skills
- Basic computer skills, particulary Microsoft Word, Excel, Google sheets
- Knows how to operate POS, cash register or similar cashiering & inventory system (manual or electronic); Adept at calculations
- Familiar in using mobile and digital applications
- Able to converse confidently in English
• Behavioral/Leadership Skills
- Exhibits customer focus, serve-to-delight attitude
- Is organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
- Models values of honesty and integrity
