The Services Coordinator is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by ongoing requests for service engagements with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail. Also responsible for coordinating with vendors and customers. This includes email monitoring, updating customers and vendors as well as handling escalations. Other responsibilities include creating customer facing quotations and compiling billing information ready for customer invoicing.
Specific Accountabilities:
Monitor the services inbox for new requests and updates to existing requests from customers and vendors
Communicate updates to customers and vendors as updated information is received.
Engage vendors for new requests and either schedule for services work to be performed or obtain quotes for services work
Create customer facing quotes
Upon customer approval for the service engagement, coordinate service delivery from the vendor and update the customer
Follow up with the customer for successful sign off for the services engaged
Compile information required to complete customer invoicing
Qualifications:
Willing to work on a night shift schedule
Strong experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
College graduate
Had experienced in administrative role, client coordination, processing of invoices and billing
Good communication skills
