Scope and Authority

The SCC is preparing and securing timely initial scheduling and of execution of service products sold within the service contracts. The SCC continuously monitors and support the execution of the agreement throughout the agreement duration. Part of this is also to ensure communications and distribution of information to the appropriate individuals regarding all aspects of the contract
Main Tasks
Assisting with preparing service agreement proposals, based on requests from the Customer Care Managers, Customer Support Coordinator or sales team
Set up service agreement in relevant systems
Initial scheduling delivery of service products and applicable resources sold within service contracts
Maintaining and monitoring service contract planning, schedules, execution, deliverables and or renewals
Liaise with Spare Parts Coordinators and supply chain to schedule included parts packages for delivery prior to service execution
Liaise with resource planners for planning and scheduling confirmation and execution
Review all service reports for service contract visits upon completion and register service leads that may arise from the onsite visits
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions for each contract
Maintain an audit report for each contract, which will include original contract, all correspondence, chang-es/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and renewals
Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy
Skills and Abilities
Organizational skills
Detail focused and accurate
Ability to work well with a team as well as independently to get things done under deadline
Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education in business administration or similar education and/or experience
Experience with ERP system and CRM systems (Saleforce / ServiceMax)
Solid Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) experience
Knowledge of Service Admin processes and ideally worked in a Sales / Service environment
Experience of using a corporate ERP system ideally with a service scheduling module
Appreciation of commercial service and business development
Very good English skills, both written and verbal
Experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
