Job Summary:
The position is responsible in initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; making estimates; writing repair orders; and maintaining customer rapports.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Engineering or four-year automotive course.
Must have at least two (2) year experience on the same job in an automotive industry.
Must have driving skills with at least driver's license restriction 1, 2.
Keen attention to details, positive outlook, highly organized, motivates team members.
