Coordinates across IT operations and manages the acceptance and readiness criteria for any changes in
service. Validates changes against the acceptance and readiness criteria, gathering evidence and
creating materials as necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with Service Transition Manager, Business Development (Business Case), Solutions
Architect (Solutions Design), Service Architect (Service Portfolio/Service Design) and Client
(Business Case).
Work closely with Service Transition Manager, Service Operations and keep record of current
Service Operations Structure (Manpower count, skills, and certifications), and Operational
Processes.
Work closely with Solutions Architect (Solutions Design), Service Architect (Service
Portfolio/Service Design) in gathering data on client Business, People, Process, Systems &
Infrastructure, Risks and Facilities.
Work closely with Service Transition Manager, Solutions Architect (Solutions Design), Service
Architect (Service Portfolio/Service Design) in finalizing Service Proposal, focusing on the service
operationalization requirements, transition acceptance/readiness criteria.
Assist the Service Transition Manager in the transition of projects into production services, using
standard transition process.
Develop and implement acceptance and readiness criteria.
Develop plans for improving workflows and processes and establish and organize KPIs in line
with the Organization directives and Service Operations Requirements.
Collect data, analyze results using analytics, research methodologies and statistical techniques.
Act as a connection between Project Team, and Service Operations Team (internal or external)
in analyzing and interpreting data involving service operations processes, policies, and
workflows.
Prepare, analyze, and summarize results of service testing, release, and monitoring as basis for
service acceptance and readiness.
Evaluate key performance indicators, success criteria in relation to the service design and
delivery.
Participate in regular meetings with Service Development, Service Architect, and Service
Operations in assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward
efficient service offering and operations.
Consolidate all project documentation ensuring completion and accuracy as part of the
transition to service operations.

resolved.

Can investigate problems in systems, process, and services, with understanding of the level of a
problem (strategic, tactical, operational).
Can contribute to the implementation of remedies and preventive measures.

Can take inputs and establish coherent frameworks that work.

Qualifications (Network)
A. Minimum Education
Must be a graduate of Computer Studies/Computer Engineering/Information
Technology/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
B. Minimum Experience
At least 1 year of experience working with Managed Service Providers.
At least 1 year of experience in project management function.
Has a strong IT background
