Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology.
Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Administration of Servers and User Accounts.
? Capacity planning for server resources.
? Server Security, backup and performance tuning.
? Evaluate new server technologies and tools.
? Test and installation of new Server hardware and software.
? Establish and maintain technical standards, policies and procedures.
? Monitor, collect and analyze server performance data.
? Troubleshooting of server issues and errors.
? Deployment of server updates, Security Patches and Vulnerability Assessments.
? Assist with the design and development of automation tools to enhance deployment efforts.
? Collaborate with technology support teams to identify and set per environment system configuration standards.
? Collaborate with system design and support engineers to evaluate new technology solutions.
? Collaborate with Project Management to track project progress and document current project status.
Additional Requirements
? Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), Computer Science/Management Information Systems, Mathematics or any Business-related courses.
? Operational knowledge of LINUX, and Windows Server and desktop operating systems
? Operational knowledge of server virtualization and virtual desktop technologies
? Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on servers, computers, and peripheral equipment
? Must possess an analytical mind and can exercise mature judgment
? Can easily adapt to changing situations
? Good oral and written communications skills in English
