Roles and Responsibilities
As a supporting team member for our client's SEO Department, the SEO Specialist (Keyword & Data Analysis) executes Keyword research as instructed to a high standard, ensuring best practices are followed, and tasks completed on time. The SEO Specialist will also drive and implement periodical client data analysis to determine the effectiveness of campaigns, and identify and suggest alternatives based on the analysis.
Responsibilities:
Keyword research - Implementing best practices for keyword research, combined with client input, to produce effective keyword research results. Make suggestions if and when necessary, about keyword results or use on a page
Produce highly relevant and appropriate keyword output as requested and producing it timely
Client Data Analysis - undertake periodic data analysis relating to client data performance using a variety of tools.
Understand metrics to report on, and the ability to present data in requested formats for review by team and clients.
Review and interpret data got from google analytics and search console - presenting in report format for the team and clients as specified and when requested
Meta Title & Descriptions Writing - Implement best practices, as well as well-written, meta title and descriptions writing, using the relevant keywords as required.
The ability to write in the correct 'tone' or voice, as well as include a "call to action" within the character limits for each page
Other Responsibilities:
Document new or review existing processes in all aspects of their role.
Creation or updating System HUB
Provide content gap analysis and content plans
Ad-hoc data-driven analysis & reporting as needed
Other on-page SEO or general SEO task when necessary
Other administrative tasks when advised
Required Experience
At Least 2 years SEO or Digital Marketing experience
Minimum Qualification
Experienced working in a BPO setup (worked with US/AU/NZ clients)
2+ years of English writing in a professional capacity
A Successful Candidate must have
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly efficient working autonomously and delivering to deadlines
Ability to work and be accountable in a virtual team environment
Intermediate experience in problem solving and communication
