The SEO Specialist is a pivotal role for Big Impact Inc. Big Impact Inc. is a business mentorship company for women leaders, emphasizing the power of public speaking and communication. Through educational courses and transformational live events, we help speakers, experts, and influencers speak, lead and scale their businesses.
The SEO Specialist will work to accelerate organic search performance across all search engines. This position will work with the digital marketing team to identify and address technical improvements to the website, perform keyword and competitive research to inform our content strategy and implement all onsite SEO efforts. You should be an experienced SEO who is on top of the trends, technologies, and strategies that are effective in improving organic search performance.

This is a FULL TIME 40 hours/ week position
Compensation:
PHP60,000 - 70,000 per month for F/T hours (based on experience)
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS JOB INCLUDE:
Develop strategies to increase company's search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout company's website and marketing
Ability to outreach and lock in backlink opportunities
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
Write compelling and high-quality website content, blog posts, page descriptions
Update content & website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
5+ years experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Experience with SEO industry programs & tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, SEM Rush, etc
EXPERT knowledge of keyword research, data mining tools, local SEO and GMB
Expert at strategizing with content creation and taking company's website from 2nd or 3rd page to 1st page of google and increase DR and UR
Has a systematic approach to getting more backlinks with relevant/ complimentary websites
Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
Using google analytics to link keywords to customer behavior
Has a proven strategy to build domain authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
Experience with technology & tools:

Google Analytics
Google Trends
Google Adwords
Google Search Console
